Evaluation Templates
Use and create reusable evaluation templates with pre-configured dimensions.
What are Templates?
Templates are reusable evaluation configurations that bundle a set of dimensions with their rubrics. Instead of selecting dimensions one by one for each evaluation, you can apply a template to quickly set up consistent evaluations.
Using a Template
- When creating a new evaluation, look for the "Use Template" option.
- Browse available templates or search by name.
- Select a template to preview its included dimensions and rubrics.
- Apply the template. All dimensions are added to your evaluation automatically.
- You can still add or remove individual dimensions after applying a template.
Creating a Template
Navigate to the Templates page and click "New Template." Select the dimensions to include, give the template a name and description, and save it. Templates created in a team workspace are shared with all team members.
Built-in Templates
Autousers includes built-in templates for common evaluation scenarios: General UX Audit, E-commerce Evaluation, Mobile App Review, and Landing Page Assessment. These provide a quick starting point for standard evaluations.
Templates are immutable once published. When you need to update a template, create a new version rather than editing the original. This ensures evaluations using the original template remain consistent.
