Screenshot Capture Issues
Screenshots not loading
If screenshots fail to load for URL-based evaluations, the target page may be behind authentication, block automated screenshots, or have a slow load time. Try uploading screenshots manually instead.
Blank or incomplete screenshots
Some pages with heavy JavaScript rendering may not capture fully. Wait a few moments after page load before capturing, or take a manual screenshot and upload it directly.
Rating Issues
Cannot submit ratings
Make sure all required dimensions have been rated before submitting. The Submit button is disabled until every dimension has a rating selected. Check that no dimensions are accidentally scrolled out of view.
Ratings not appearing in results
Ratings may take a few seconds to appear in the results dashboard after submission. If they still do not show after refreshing, check that you submitted ratings for the correct evaluation and workspace.
