Quick solutions for the most common error messages in Autousers.
Authentication Errors
"Session expired, please sign in again"
Your authentication session has expired. Click the Sign In button to re-authenticate with your Google account. This typically happens after extended periods of inactivity.
"Unauthorized: Please sign in"
You are trying to access a resource that requires authentication. Make sure you are signed in and that your session is active.
API Key Errors
"Invalid API key"
The Gemini API key in your settings is not valid. Go to Settings > API Key and verify the key is correct. Use the Test Key button to check if it works. If the key has been revoked, generate a new one from Google AI Studio.
"API quota exceeded"
You have exceeded your Gemini API usage quota. Wait for the quota to reset or upgrade your API plan at Google AI Studio. Free-tier keys have limited requests per minute.
Permission Errors
"You do not have access to this evaluation"
The evaluation belongs to a team you are not a member of, or it is a personal evaluation owned by another user. Ask the evaluation owner to share it with you or add you to the team.
