Create Your First Evaluation

Before You Begin

Make sure you have signed up for a Autousers account and are logged in. You will need at least two URLs or screenshots to compare in a side-by-side evaluation.

Creating the Evaluation

1. Navigate to the Evaluations page and click "New Evaluation".
2. Choose Side-by-Side (SxS) as the evaluation type.
3. Give your evaluation a descriptive name, for example "Homepage Redesign Comparison".
4. Enter the URLs for Experience A and Experience B, or upload screenshots.
5. Select the rating dimensions you want evaluators to rate on. You can pick from defaults like Visual Design, Usability, and Information Architecture, or create your own.
6. Configure evaluation settings such as randomized presentation order and evaluator blinding.
7. Click "Create Evaluation" to save it.

Collecting Ratings

Once your evaluation is created, you can start collecting ratings. Share the evaluation link with your team members, or run AI Autousers for instant feedback.

Reviewing Results

After collecting ratings, go to the Results tab on your evaluation to see aggregate scores, individual ratings, and statistical analysis. The dashboard shows you which experience performed better across each dimension.
