Autousers ships with five built-in Autouser personas, each designed to evaluate UX from a different perspective. Using multiple personas gives you a well-rounded picture of your experience quality.
Novice User
Evaluates from the perspective of a first-time or infrequent user. Focuses on clarity, discoverability, and how intuitive the experience is without prior knowledge. Catches issues that experienced users might overlook.
Expert User
Evaluates from the perspective of a power user who values efficiency. Focuses on advanced functionality access, shortcut availability, information density, and workflow optimization.
Accessible User
Evaluates with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design. Looks at color contrast, text readability, touch target sizes, screen reader compatibility indicators, and overall inclusive design patterns.
Design Critic
Evaluates visual and interaction design quality. Focuses on typography, color usage, spacing and alignment, visual hierarchy, consistency, and adherence to design best practices.
Mobile User
Evaluates the experience from a mobile-first perspective. Focuses on responsive design, touch target sizing, content prioritization on small screens, loading performance indicators, and thumb-zone accessibility.
